Q’naabian	Seer class War Cruiser One of the three principal races of the ISC, the Q’naabians built the Seer class War Cruiser to help maintain control of local areas and quell civic unrest amongst the new territories. Equipped with psionic amplifiers, these war cruisers can be used to influence the behaviour of other lifeforms within a radius of one light year, and can coerce opposition to surrender without the need to resort to overt combat.
